Measurement range calibration
Sensor calibration checks the precision and accuracy of the equipment. Our service technicians ensure that the autoclave operates correctly and achieves the required performance.

Operational Qualification (OQ)
To ensure safe and sterile results, empty chamber profiling is carried out using calibrated data loggers. Operational Qualification (OQ) ensures that the equipment and systems meet the requirements specified in the design qualification. Tests confirm that the unit is functioning correctly.

Performance Qualification (PQ)
Performance Qualification (PQ) guarantees that the autoclave reliably achieves the required sterilisation parameters during day-to-day operation and ensures the long-term safety and quality of sterilised products.
To ensure safe and sterile results, the autoclave must comply with standards (such as EN 285 and ISO 17665). We regularly validate autoclaves to ensure reliable sterilisation within specified parameters. We carry out tests using calibrated in-product data loggers, and the sterilisation process is certified.

Maintenance
We offer brand-independent maintenance services for autoclaves with a capacity of up to 1000 barL in accordance with a checklist.

Recurring inspections
Statutory, recurring inspections in accordance with BetrSichV are carried out by our trained staff and include external and internal inspections as well as strength testing.

Areas of inspection
Our service technicians also carry out maintenance work in controlled areas, including biosafety, genetic safety, cleanrooms and radiation protection. An extension of the warranty is possible once the recommended maintenance measures have been carried out by our factory service team. All our service staff are ‘qualified persons in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive’.
